About the Recipe
Ingredients
0.5kg chicken tenders
1 cup potato starch
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking oil (for frying)
Preparation
In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs together with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the potato starch in another shallow bowl.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, coating it thoroughly.
Then, dredge the chicken tender in the potato starch, ensuring an even coating.
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated chicken tenders in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked through, remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
