1 ripe banana

1 cup of frozen fruits or berries

1 tablespoon of beetroot powder

1 cup of spinach leaves

1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon of honey (optional, for sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Preparation

Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.

In a blender, combine the banana chunks, frozen mixed berries, beetroot powder, spinach leaves, almond milk, and honey (if using).

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.

If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious beetroot powder smoothie!
