These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BWholefoods website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from BWholefoods, a Kenyan-based online food and healthy food store ("BWholefoods", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or making any purchases.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Site or purchasing products from BWholefoods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Site or purchase products from BWholefoods.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and make purchases from BWholefoods. By accessing the Site and/or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Products and Services: BWholefoods offers a variety of food and healthy food products for sale on the Site. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to reject all or part of an order, or to discontinue products without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment: Prices for products are as displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the payment methods available on the Site.

5. Order Fulfillment: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and BWholefoods will occur when we dispatch the products to you.

6. Delivery: We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to deliver products promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

7. Free Delivery Offer: BWholefoods extends a special offer of free delivery for orders totaling 4000 Kenyan Shillings (KES) or more. This offer is applicable for deliveries within Nairobi and other regions, and the delivery cost for such orders will not exceed 500 KES based on courier charges. This free delivery offer is subject to change at any time, and BWholefoods reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer without prior notice. The eligibility for free delivery is determined based on the total order value, excluding any taxes or additional fees.

8. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from BWholefoods, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy on the Site for detailed instructions on how to return products.

9. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BWholefoods or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
